These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of BuildE2E's end-to-end infrastructure platform for AI agents. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Service Description

BuildE2E provides an end-to-end infrastructure platform that enables AI agents and developers to:

Fetch and extract content from web pages via our Fetch API
Execute code in secure sandboxed environments via our Code Sandbox API
Control headless browsers for automation via our Browser Sandbox API
Generate PDFs from HTML or URLs via our PDF API
Access all services through a unified SDK and MCP server

3. User Accounts and Authentication

A registered account is required to access any of our services. You must log in before using the platform or making API calls. To create and maintain an account, you must:

Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
Provide accurate and complete registration information
Authenticate via email/password, Google, or Microsoft sign-in
Maintain the security of your account credentials and API keys
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Be responsible for all activities under your account, including API usage and credit consumption

4. Credits, API Usage, and Rate Limits

Our platform operates on a prepaid credit system. You must recharge credits before using any API services:

Credits must be purchased in advance and are deducted per API call
Each API endpoint consumes a specific number of credits per request
API calls will fail if your account has insufficient credits
Rate limits apply to prevent abuse and ensure fair usage for all users
API keys are confidential and must not be shared or exposed publicly
We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access for excessive or abusive usage

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Fetch websites in violation of their terms of service or robots.txt
Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
Generate harmful, misleading, or fraudulent content
Execute malicious code or attempt to compromise our infrastructure
Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or access controls
Resell or redistribute our services without authorization
Use our platform for denial-of-service attacks or similar activities

6. Fetched Content and Data

You understand and acknowledge that:

Web content retrieved through our APIs is subject to the original source's terms and copyright
You are responsible for ensuring your use of fetched data complies with applicable laws
AI-processed outputs (summaries, extractions) may contain inaccuracies
We do not guarantee the availability or accuracy of third-party web content
Cached results may not reflect the most current version of a web page

7. Credits and Payment

Credit Recharges: Credits are purchased in advance through our platform via Razorpay. All recharges are processed in the currency and amount displayed at the time of purchase.

Credit Usage: Credits are deducted from your wallet balance each time you make an API call. Different endpoints may consume different amounts of credits. Once purchased, credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

Refunds: Credit purchases are generally non-refundable. Refund requests for unused credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change credit pricing or per-call credit costs with 30 days notice. Existing credit balances will not be affected by price changes.

8. Intellectual Property

Our IP: All content, features, and functionality of our platform, SDK, and APIs are owned by BuildE2E and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you submit. By using our services, you grant us a license to process your content to provide the services.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

AS-IS BASIS: Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuildE2E shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the services and API keys will cease immediately. Any remaining credit balance at the time of termination is forfeited and non-refundable.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
